Our Conveyors are dismountable, they have practical fitting and an easy assemblage and dismantling operation in 2 (two) parts, making easy the transportation.

The Conveyor has 12 inches os width(30,5 cm),of an excelent slipping and rupture resistaince. with VULCANISED SPLICING (finger) using 80 mm of splice field.

The Conveyor Movement is made by a fore and hind roller, machined and assembled into a milimetrical pattern in a special sequenced hydraulic womb, gifted of a turnbuckle belt on their side and bearings with rollers with lubrication points.

Perfect System of slipping of the conveyor about its extremity, low maintence and friction giving a bigger usefull life to the belt, avoiding that dregs of the soil, cement and others incrust at the machine.

The Conveyor works with a guides system at the top on its totality and at the undersidein 4 points. This system is innovative, giving more simplicity to the alignment of the belt, making possible a bigger comfort to the user.
